    A Point of View Consultant will meet with you and discuss your goals and expectations.  Following a walk through of your home, we will prepare a proposal based upon the amount of work needed in order create the look you desire or to gain a speedy sale and the highest dollar amount for your home. 

  The Point of View Consultant will make dramatic transformations to your home using our “FEEL HOME” philosophy.  We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agents marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase. 

  Looking for a change? Point of View can use what you already own in fresh and new ways,  infusing style and comfort into your home.  A consultant will help you edit clutter, place furniture, coordinate accessories and exhibit art to create the look you have always wanted.

  Empty rooms actually appear smaller than those with furniture!  At Point of View we coordinate with our furniture rental partners to select the perfect pieces to showcase your home.  By bringing in furniture and accessories, prospective buyers are given a better idea of scale, and purpose, helping them to visualize their own belongings in each room.
